Measured flat, may vary up to 1.2" (3 cm). Between sizes? Size up — nobody ever complained about extra room.

• Each shirt is cut and sewn by hand from all-over printed fabric, so pattern placement will vary slightly from piece to piece — no two shirts are exactly alike, and seams may not align perfectly. That's the nature (and charm) of made-to-order.
• Collar and cuffs are solid-color knit and are not printed.
• Actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor and lighting differences.

All Barnkin products are made to order, one shirt at a time. Please allow 3–5 business days to print and prepare your order before it ships. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

FAQ

Can I ship to multiple addresses? Not in one order — please place a separate order for each address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO? Yes, we ship to both.

Will I be charged VAT or customs fees? International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so we don't collect duties at checkout. Any taxes or duties are the recipient's responsibility per your local customs authority.

Our return window is 15 days from the date of delivery, for defective items only.

At Barnkin, every product is made to order — printed and pressed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order (between sizes? Size up).

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order (size, address, personalization)? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order goes into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@barnkin.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos (or a short video) showing the problem. In these cases, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, no need to ship anything back.

Not Eligible for Return

We can't accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used; items without proof of purchase; requests made more than 30 days after delivery; or change of mind / incorrect size chosen by the customer. Personalized details (names, farm names) approved by you at checkout are printed exactly as entered.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
